The lineup for the 2026 Royal Rumble matches are starting to fill up, with many more WWE Superstars being declared as entrants for the match during this week's episode of Friday Night SmackDown.

What should be no surprise is that a graphic was dedicated specifically to mentioning Roman Reigns as being declared, since he's very rarely ever there anymore and he's one of the biggest names on the roster that they want to make sure everyone knows will be competing in the match.

The only other person in the men's division to declare themselves formally was Solo Sikoa, who had also won the WWE Tag Team Championship alongside his right-hand man, Tama Tonga. It would be surprising if Sikoa is the only representation of the MFT stable within the match, but given how there are well more than 30 viable names still left to fill in the remaining 22 spots, it actually might just be Sikoa who gets a chance.

R-Truth had a backstage segment giving his "balls" to Nick Aldis to be chosen in the Royal Rumble tumbler, referencing the Last Time is Now tournament, but nothing was confirmed about him being in the match.

The women's division received the majority of the extra announcements tonight, adding seven more names to the lineup.

Chelsea Green had a backstage segment with Jordynne Grace, where they both were talking about the Royal Rumble. As has been the trend of teammates not necessarily also joining in with that, nothing at all pointed in the direction that Alba Fyre would be in the Royal Rumble.

The same applies to Kiana James, who translated a Japanese promo from Giulia during an interview segment to say that The Beautiful Madness would be in the Royal Rumble and that since they won a future title shot for the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship, they would soon have all the gold since Giulia is the current women's United States champion.

To earn that title shot, they had beaten Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair, as well as Lash Legend and Nia Jax. All four of them have apparently been confirmed for entry spots in the Royal Rumble, too.

This brings the current field to the following names:

Men's Royal Rumble Participants Currently Announced (8):

  2. Dragon Lee
  3. Gunther
  4. Jey Uso
  5. Penta

Do you think the winners of this year's matches are already announced, or will someone else not yet declared come out on top? Drop a comment below with your thoughts on these names!
