The Survivor Series: WarGames card continued to take shape during last night's SmackDown, with the Women's WarGames teams finding their final members ahead of the PLE next weekend.
In the main event segment of the show, Rhea Ripley, Charlotte Flair, Iyo Sky, and Alexa Bliss revealed that AJ Lee will be their fifth member. However, as AJ was making her way to the ring, Nia Jax, Lash Legend, and The Kabuki Warriors attacked the babyfaces from behind.
Lee ran in to make the save, only for Becky Lynch to pounce on her as the brawl continued. Ultimately, it was the heels who were left standing tall, and Lynch shook Asuka's hand to signify that she would be their fifth member.
During Monday's RAW, Lee cost Lynch the Women's Intercontinental Championship, so it makes sense that she's now looking for revenge. It does rather feel like something of a random mashup of female stars, but there are plenty of compelling rivalries here, and seeing Lee in her first WarGames match should be a blast for fans.
Hyping up the bout on X, Triple H wrote, "A storied veteran and a breakout star debut in their first WarGames. Two teams composed of multi-time world champions. Ten of [WWE's] biggest stars all in one match. The teams are set and ready for only one thing...WAR."
