As a double champion, Stephanie Vaquer defended both the NXT Women's Championship and NXT Women's North American Championship, but a week later, it was announced that she would be relinquishing the latter title as it would be more fair to the women's division for someone else to step up and be able to defend that on a more regular basis.

La Primera vacated the belt on the condition that she would be able to choose her opponent for WWE Stand & Deliver—the next premium live event for NXT set to go down on WrestleMania weekend (April 19, 2025 to be specific)—for the NXT Women's Championship.

This immediately caught the attention of both Jordynne Grace and Jaida Parker, who bought thought that they deserved the right to challenge her, as Grace was the first to come out to ask for a title shot, but Parker took her out (and claims to have had Vaquer on the ropes and would've won the title had Grace not gotten involved in her title match that took place on NXT).

On tonight's episode, Parker and Grace were set to face off, likely with the winner of that contest being chosen. However, that match broke down into a no-contest after Vaquer (who was ringside on commentary for the match) ended up getting involved.

Surprisingly, during that fight, Giulia made her return and actually laid out her friend, Vaquer. Giulia would later tell a cameraman that she wanted a rematch for Stand & Deliver when explaining why she did that to Vaquer.

As a result of all of this, there was a backstage segment where NXT General Manager Ava (along with her assistants Robert Stone and Stevie Turner) spoke with Vaquer, asking who she has decided to defend her title against. Vaquer, still feeling the effects from earlier, said she wanted all of them, hand-picking not just one, but three challengers.

This means Vaquer will defend the NXT Women's Championship in a Fatal 4-Way match at WWE Stand & Deliver against Giulia, Jaida Parker, and Jordynne Grace, which is fitting with the ongoing theme of this pay-per-view, considering the other two matches announced so far are a Triple Threat and the aforementioned Six-Pack Challenge.

Earlier tonight on WWE NXT, Sol Ruca defeated Jazmyn Nyx to qualify for the NXT Women's North American Championship ladder match, and with Vaquer picking her opponents, this brings the current lineup for the WWE Stand & Deliver card to the following matches:

  • Triple Threat Match for the NXT Championship: Oba Femi (c) vs. Je'Von Evans vs. Trick Williams
  • Fatal 4-Way Match for the NXT Women's Championship: Stephanie Vaquer (c) vs. Giulia vs. Jaida Parker vs. Jordynne Grace
  • Ladder Match for the Vacated NXT Women's North American Championship: Kelani Jordan vs. Sol Ruca vs. ZARIA vs. 3 More TBD
