On tonight's episode of WWE NXT, two more qualifying matches took place to determine spots in the six-woman ladder match set for NXT's next premium live event, WWE Stand & Deliver, which will go down April 19, 2025 as part of WrestleMania weekend.
To recap, Stephanie Vaquer had held both the NXT Women's North American Championship and the NXT Women's Championship, but vacated the North American title last week. NXT General Manager Ava accompanied that announcement with another, that there would be qualifying matches to determine the six women who would compete for the relinquished title at the pay-per-view.
Last week, ZARIA defeated Lash Legend and Kelani Jordan defeated Roxanne Perez to earn the first two spots.
This week, ZARIA's tag team partner Sol Ruca was given a chance to qualify and was up against Jazmyn Nyx of Fatal Influence, which immediately caused some tension within the group of bad girls as they were only given one chance to qualify and all three thought that they deserved the opportunity. Fallon Henley originally assumed she would obviously be picked because she was the former champion who Vaquer beat in the first place. Jacy Jayne argued that Henley already had her chance, so it was her turn. But Nyx has consistently been the third-ranked of the group and decided to step up and take it for herself, which left Henley and Jayne upset. They did, however, accompany her to the ring and tried to interfere and help her win, but to no avail.
Later in the show, The Culling's Izzi Dame defeated Wren Sinclair of No Quarter Catch Crew to earn a spot, and Ava told the rest of the women's division that she has an idea of how to determine the final two spots. However, she did not actually announce anything, and even as far as the lineup for next week's show, WWE hasn't committed to saying what that means.
With her addition to the card, here's the current lineup for WWE NXT Stand & Deliver 2025:
- Triple Threat Match for the NXT Championship: Oba Femi (c) vs. Je'Von Evans vs. Trick Williams
- Fatal 4-Way Match for the NXT Women's Championship: Stephanie Vaquer (c) vs. Giulia vs. Jaida Parker vs. Jordynne Grace
- Ladder Match for the Vacated NXT Women's North American Championship: Kelani Jordan vs. Sol Ruca vs. ZARIA vs. 3 More TBD
