WrestlePalooza has come and gone!
Last night, WWE’s first PLE on ESPN took place and something big happened on the post show - Seth Rollins and Cody Rhodes came face-to-face. These two are no strangers to one another. In fact, Rollins welcomed Seth back into the WWE at WrestleMania 38. The two continued to feud throughout the year with Cody continuously beating the current WWE World Heavyweight Champion.
Three years later, Cody is the WWE Undisputed Champion. Seth Rollins is the WWE World Heavyweight Champion. It’s all been confirmed that Cody and Seth will fight again at Crown Jewel.
Tonight's WWE Undisputed Champion will be in the building kicking off the fallout episode of WrestlePalooza. What will Cody Rhodes say and will the Vision get involved?
Speaking of champions, Stephanie Vaquer is the new WWE Women’s World Champion. Her and Iyo had a 20-minute classic at WrestlePalooza. But that was yesterday. Stephanie’s work as world champion is just beginning and the newly crowned title holder will address the fans for the first time since her epic title win.
In a match months in the making, former WWE Women’s Champion Bayley will step into the ring against Roxanne Perez. This goes all the way back to earlier this year when the former NXT Women’s Champion was mocking and taunting the veteran. Bayley got a measure of revenge last week, but there’s clearly a few screws loose based on her interaction with Lyra Valkyria backstage. Can Bayley get it together and beat the Judgment Day member?
