Smackdown is going three hours!

Welcome to a new era where Smackdown is officially a three-hour show going forward. With this being the go-home show before RAW’s huge debut on Netflix, what will happen between Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa? The former WWE Undisputed Universal Champion isn’t advertised for tonight’s show, but Sikoa has been terrorizing the roster for weeks after the Tribal Combat was made official. Will the leader of the current Bloodline make another example out on some poor Smackdown superstar tonight?

Can Naomi finally beat Nia Jax in the first three hour show?

The WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion has been a thorn at Jax’s side since she returned/ Naomi even beat the current world champion in a non-title match back in October. However, Jax has beaten Naomi everytime the title is on the line and though she’s failed to get the job done in recent tag team matches, Nia Jax hasn’t lost a singles match in three months. Will the WWE Women’s Champion add another victory to her resume? Or will Naomi become the new face of the Smackdown Women’s Division?

Last week, Kevin Owens got what he wanted. Cody Rhodes beat the former WWE Universal Champion at Saturday Night’s Main Event, but under controversial circumstances. Owens actually got the visual pinfall over the third-generation star. So, unhappy with the result, Kevin took his frustrations out of Rhodes and had him sent out on a stretcher. He also stole the WWE Undisputed Championship in the process.

Cody came back with one thing in mind: revenge. The Undisputed Champion accepted a rematch against the unhinged Owens, but was put down once again by his challenger. With weeks before their ladder match, what does Kevin Owens have in mind for tonight’s episode?

Also, Braun Strowman has been on quite the roll since his return in December. Who will be the next victim to try and stand up to the former WWE Universal Champion?

All this and more is scheduled for Smackdown’s three-hour episode. Check out the advertised matches below:

  • WWE Women’s Championship match: Naomi vs. Nia Jax
  • Andrade vs. Shinsuke Nakamura
