Who will earn a shot at the NXT Championship?
This isn’t the first time that Je’Von Evans and Trick Williams fought for the NXT Championship. However, this time, only one man will get a chance against Oba Femi. Since losing at Stand & Deliver, Trick Williams has successfully gone on to win the TNA World title. Now his wins haven’t been particularly clean, but Trick has showcased that he’s willing to do whatever it takes to win.
But that doesn mean Je’Von Evans will lose. The NXT star has really grown in the last year and he’s been on the cusp of greatness several times. Since Stand & Deliver, Evans has been building himself up the ranks with strong wins up and down the card. Who will stand tall and become the rightful challenger for the NXT Championship?
Also, Josh Briggs and Yoshiki Inamura will settle their differences in a Philadelphia Street Fight. These former tag team partners have one mission in mind and they’re allowed to do whatever they please since there’s no disqualifications or countouts.
Jordynne Grace and Blake Monroe are scheduled to meet at NXT Heatwave, but the match won’t be pretty. That’s because Grace will have revenge on her mind. The “Glamourous” one is hoping to get rid of the woman ruining the NXT division and set her sights back on the NXT Women’s Championship. But before they beat the crap out of each other on Sunday, Blake and Jordynne will have a civil face-to-face encounter on tonight’s NXT episode.
