"The Perfect 10" Tye Dillinger Makes His Main Roster Debut On SMACKDOWN LIVE

#SmackdownAfterMania was shaping up to be a bit of a lackluster affair (at least compared to last night's Raw), but that all changed when Tye Dillinger answered Kurt Hawkins' open challenge! More past the jump.

Smackdown Live is now in full swing, and although we did have some decent matches to open the show, things didn't really get going until "The Perfect 10" graced us with his presence. Kurt Hawkins came out to ring and made an open challenge, which immediately got the crowd excited at the prospect of seeing a new superstar debut, and sure enough, Tye Dillinger made his way down the ramp and pinned Hawkins without much trouble.

Dillinger has been one of the most popular NXT stars for some time now, despite never actually being pushed to a significant level or winning any big matches. Many fans assumed he'd be sticking around for a while until he eventually moved into a position to challenge for the NXT Championship, but obviously that's not going to happen.

It's great to see Tye on the main roster - but let's hope he doesn't get lost in the shuffle like some of his former NXT colleagues.
