One of the biggest shocks during this year's Royal Rumble was Roman Reigns eliminating The Undertaker after entering at #30. Despite not being confirmed, it seemed pretty obvious after that exchange that the two would cross paths again, most likely in a match at this year's WrestleMania.
Now, various sites are reporting that The Deadman is going to make an appearance at the Fastlane PPV this Sunday where he will interfere in the match between Reigns and Braun Strowman.
This makes sense for a number of reasons. For starters, it sets up a match between the two at WrestleMania and The Undertaker costing Reigns the victory will also protect Strowman as it would be ridiculous to have him lose here after months of the former Wyatt Family member being built up as an unstoppable monster.
Will this year's WrestleMania be The Undertaker's last? That's the rumour every year, but we could be looking at a passing of the torch here if that is the case. Of course, with Reigns being such a divisive figure, the response to him potentially taking down this wrestling icon will not sit well with a lot of wrestling fans...
