The Wyatt Sicks hit the 100 day mark!
On July 11, 2025, Joe Gacy and Dexter Lumis brought terror and fear back into the tag team division by beating Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins for the WWE Tag Team titles. Since then, The Wyatt Sicks have dominated the division as they went through a brutal war at Summerslam by defending their titles in a six team TLC tag bout against nearly every tag team on the blue brand.
However, they’ve notably had a lengthy feud with the Street Profits for the prestigious belts. They emerged victorious from that grueling rivalry and last Friday, Gacy and Lumis officially celebrated 100 days as the WWE Tag Team Champions.
Thus far, the duo has successfully defended their belts three times, with one match ending in disqualification. At the moment, it appears that The Wyatt Sicks will be feuding with a new faction that has a history of dominance - MFT.
Solo Sikoa and his band of thugs attacked The Wyatt Sicks viciously on the October 10th episode of WWE Smackdown. That was the night that Gacy and Lumis retained their titles against The Street Profits.
Solo has made it his mission to take back control of Friday nights. However, the Wyatt Sicks didn’t seem to be in agreement with that plan as the dangerous faction confronted MFT on last week’s episode of Smackdown.
On the offset, it seems that the company could be building a wargames match between the two factions. Though there’s no report on the updated plans in regards to MFT and The Wyatt Sicks, it’s notable that WWE had to scrap their original Wargames bout due to Seth Rollins’ injury. While it’s possible that the new Vision could end up doing Wargames still, MFT vs. The Wyatt Sicks seems like the only feud that feels proper for that match.
Nevertheless, whether they end up doing Wargames or not, it’s guaranteed that a title program between the two teams is set. Their first official encounter has yet to be announced though. In the meantime, congratulations to Wyatt Sicks for their long title run!
