It looks like we may finally see the return of The Bulgarian Brute, Rusev, during tonight's instalment of Smackdown Live.

According to PWInsider.com, Rusev has been spotted in Dayton, Ohio, which is the site of tonight's blue brand episode. While this doesn't 100% confirm that he'll be a part of the show, barring a fairly massive coincidence it definitely suggests that he will be crushing his opponents in the middle of the ring again very soon.

If rumors are to be believed, Rusev was actually being considered for Jinder Mahal's WWE Championship push, but plans clanged at the last minute leaving Lana's beau in the lurch until another angle presented itself. It will be interesting to see what type of feaud/storyline he enters into upon his return.

Keep an eye on Smackdown Live later tonight to see if Rusev makes his presence felt.
