WWE MONDAY NIGHT RAW Results: April 27, 2026 - Roman Reigns Answers Jacob Fatu's Challenge & More

Today's episode of WWE Monday Night Raw (April 27, 2026) emanates out of the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois and will air starting at 8 p.m. EST on Netflix.

On tap for today's episode, the big hook is going to be whether or not Jacob Fatu's challenge to Roman Reigns for a match at WWE Backlash for the World Heavyweight Championship will be accepted by The Tribal Chief or rejected. Obviously, they can't just say no and nix that angle, so whatever else surrounds it, the ultimate answer will be "you're on."

Becky Lynch is advertised to be there, which likely means a promo segment and setting up her next challenger for the Women's Intercontinental Championship. Her husband, Seth Rollins, is also advertised to kick off the show with a promo to address Bron Breakker's attack.

Penta wants a match against Rusev following his attack last week. Don't be shocked if Ethan Page and Je'Von Evans are also involved in that segment on opposite sides, possibly with a tag team match coming out of it for next week. And speaking of tag team matches, The Judgment Day's Roxanne Perez and Raquel Rodriguez are up against Bayley and Lyra Valkyria. Will there be any spillover from the Sol Ruca angle with Liv Morgan from last week, and/or Stephanie Vaquer?

Lastly, Joe Hendry will be having his true Monday Night Raw debut with one of his in-ring concerts. I fully expect someone to interrupt as they normally do, sparking his first feud on the main roster. Who that will be is a bit of a question mark.

Here are your results for WWE Monday Night Raw - April 27, 2026:

• The show started with Roman Reigns and The Usos talking about how dangerous Jacob Fatu is and planning what to respond to his challenge with for later on. Jey Uso suggested there should be consequences for him.
• Seth Rollins had a promo segment in the ring that also featured Bron Breakker and Paul Heyman. Rollins and Breakker insulted each other over how Breakker isn't ready to be the top guy, but already thinks he's better than Rollins, so he has an opportunity to prove that at WWE Backlash.
• The Jugment Day attacked Stephanie Vaquer backstage.
• El Grande Americano has challenged Rey Mysterio to a match to prepare for his mask vs. mask match against Original El Grande Americano.
• Becky Lynch cut a promo about beating AJ Lee at WrestleMania to put her title reign to an end and wants to be a fighting champion (while still insulting the crowd), putting out an open challenge. Iyo Sky came out and Becky tried to back out of it, insulting Iyo as being the Marty Jannetty in her team with Rhea Ripley, who she claimed Sky is holding back. Becky Lynch then defeated Iyo Sky by pinfall due to interference from Asuka, who continued to hurt Sky after the match with an Asuka Lock.
• Rey Mysterio is caught in between the El Grande Americanos, but isn't taking sides. He just wants them to respect lucha libre.
• LA Knight reminded The Usos that he is looking out to make sure they don't reform The Bloodline again the way that they used to be.
• Joe Hendry's concert was a song about joining the Raw roster and hoping Adam Pearce fires Logan Paul. Paul came out with Austin Theory, fuming over this, saying that he can't be fired and that they would make this Hendry's last night. The Street Profits ran out to help Hendry fight them off.
• Grayson Waller was complaining to Adam Pearce backstage about how he isn't given opportunities over people like Oba Femi, who was behind him and then petitioned for a match against Waller for later on tonight.
• Joe Hendry thanked The Street Profits for their help. Seth Rollins was about to do the same, but Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins stopped him before he could to say that last week, that wasn't about him, as they're just looking to go after the tag team titles.
• Rey Mysterio beat El Grande Americano by pinfall, with Original El Grande Americano interfering to stop EGA II from using the loaded mask technique. The Americanos then brawled with each other after the bell.
• Oba Femi squashed Grayson Waller by pinfall and then cut a promo about how he will have an Oba Femi Open Challenge going forward.
• Liv Morgan spoke to Roxanne Perez about kicking Finn Balor out of the group. Roxanne said she understood. Balor then appeared when Roxanne was by herself, trying to warn her that she can't trust Liv and the others. Perez questioned if she could trust him and warned him to get out of there before he got hurt.
• The Judgment Day (Raquel Rodriguez & Roxanne Perez) defeated Bayley and Lyra Valkyria by pinfall.
• Roman Reigns vs. Jacob Fatu is now set for Backlash after their in-ring promo, which ended with Fatu locking the Tongan Death Grip on Reigns.
