Today's episode of WWE Monday Night Raw (February 16, 2026) emanates out of the FedExForum in Memphis, Tennessee and will air starting at 8 p.m. EST on Netflix.

Preview & Predictions for WWE RAW:
On tap for today's episode, AJ Lee will be in the house and is advertised as having a promo segment where she'll talk about the segment that went down last week. Essentially, WWE is just keeping Lee's next match until Elimination Chamber, although there's always a chance this could lead to a tag team match happening on the show like many other segments tend to do. It depends on if this opens the show or not. I'd bank on it more so being a promo with an in-ring confrontation with Becky Lynch that leads to some physicality, but not a match itself.
Two matches we do know we're getting are Elimination Chamber qualifying bouts. The two triple threats that have been announced are Bayley against Nattie and Asuka for a spot in the women's match, while Gunther will battle it out with Je'Von Evans and Dominik Mysterio for a men's spot. Given those layouts, I would lean more toward Nattie getting in due to her current push over picking one of the two members of the tag team division, so I would assume Nattie goes over Bayley. On the men's side, a Triple Threat is a good means for Gunther to come up short without him taking the loss. I don't think we'll see Dominik Mysterio wrestling in the Elimination Chamber, so I'm guessing Evans gets the win over Dom in some means for the story of Dom against Finn Balor can continue to unfold, while Gunther stays out of the chamber to avoid having to deal with him losing that, as I couldn't see Gunther winning the opportunity to face Drew McIntyre.
