Preview & Predictions for WWE RAW:
On tap for tonight's episode, we have a few singles matches that have no stakes like Penta against Pete Dunne and AJ Styles against Dominik Mysterio. In all likelihood, Ludwig Kaiser will interfere in Dunne's match and try to help him out, but Penta will probably get the best of them, and The Judgment Day should realistically flop helping out Dirty Dom. The Phenomenal One could use a victory in his first singles match since his injury he suffered against Carmelo Hayes.
Sami Zayn will be here for a segment to address Kevin Owens. As that match seems to be going down at Elimination Chamber instead of WrestleMania, either they're going to have a beat-down segment to stall that, or there's something else cooking with more people involved, like Karrion Kross.
The women's tag team champions are going after Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez after it looks like they had been the ones who attacked Jade Cargill. I still feel like that's a misdirect, but they'll fight here and we'll get a tag title match scheduled at some point soon.
I'm betting on Seth Rollins beating Finn Balor and Roxanne Perez beating Raquel Rodriguez in the Elimination Chamber qualifiers, in part because I think Belair and Naomi will cost Rodriguez, and I think the in-fighting between The Judgment Day members will cost Balor.
Lastly, Ivy Nile's been set up as the proper #1 contender for the Women's Intercontinental Championship. I highly doubt WWE is going with Dakota Kai against Lyra Valkyria in a rematch over Nile getting that nod.
Here are your results for WWE Monday Night Raw February 17, 2025:
- Sami Zayn opened the show with a promo about wanting a fight with Kevin Owens at Elimination Chamber. Adam Pearce came out to say that medical won't clear him for it, but he ultimately decides to make this an Unsanctioned Match.
- AJ Styles defeated "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio by pinfall. After the match, Bron Breakker tried to spear Styles, but laid out Mysterio instead as The Phenomenal One dodged the attack.
- Women's Intercontinental Championship No. 1 Contender's Match: Dakota Kai defeated Ivy Nile by pinfall.
- Gunther cut a promo in the audience badmouthing Jey Uso and the crowd. Eventually, Jey Uso came out and the two brawled.
- Penta defeated Pete Dunne by pinfall. Ludwig Kaiser got involved, but ended up being more of a distraction than a help.
- Women's Elimination Chamber Qualifying Match: Roxanne Perez defeated Raquel Rodriguez by pinfall in part due to a distraction from Bianca Belair and Naomi, who were going after Rodriguez and Liv Morgan as they think they are the ones who attacked Jade Cargill a few months ago.
- Karrion Kross thinks there's still time to "save" Sami Zayn from his delusions.
- The New Day addressed why they attacked Rey Mysterio at the end of Raw last week. They talked trash about how he doesn't deserve to be considered a locker room leader over them. The rest of the LWO (Dragon Lee, Joaquin Wilde and Cruz Del Toro) came out to go after them for some revenge and Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods ran off.
- Men's Elimination Chamber Qualifying Match: Seth Rollins defeated Finn Balor by pinfall.
