Today's episode of WWE Monday Night Raw (March 16, 2026) emanates out of the Frost Bank Center in San Antonio, Texas and will air starting at 8 p.m. EST on Netflix.

Preview & Predictions for WWE RAW:
On tap for today's episode, AJ Lee will defend the Women's Intercontinental Championship against Bayley, who won the No. 1 contender's gauntlet match last week. I can't imagine Lee will drop the title here, so either she retains outright or there are some sort of shenanigans that lead to the match being thrown out.
Maxxine Dupri will battle Nattie, which could go either way. I don't see a clear cut "this rivalry is heading to X" playing out, so no matter who wins, the feud can potentially continue as if this match didn't even happen, or this could even be the blow off with Dupri winning and moving on.
El Grande Americano against Original El Grande Americano is surely not the end of that feud. I'd expect Ludwig Kaiser's victory over Chad Gable's, but again, flip a coin. This will probably include Penta and/or The Judgment Day story with Dominik Mysterio and Finn Balor also playing into it as I think all parties will be hovering that title for WrestleMania.
I'd be surprised if Stephanie Vaquer lost to Raquel Rodriguez. Either she wins and there's a post-match fight or Vaquer wins by disqualification with Liv Morgan jumping the gun and costing Raquel the win. WWE books the same things over and over.
Roman Reigns will be there, so expect to see a promo from him about CM Punk, likely ending the show.
