Today's episode of WWE Monday Night Raw (March 16, 2026) emanates out of the Frost Bank Center in San Antonio, Texas and will air starting at 8 p.m. EST on Netflix.

Preview & Predictions for WWE RAW:
On tap for today's episode, AJ Lee will defend the Women's Intercontinental Championship against Bayley, who won the No. 1 contender's gauntlet match last week. I can't imagine Lee will drop the title here, so either she retains outright or there are some sort of shenanigans that lead to the match being thrown out.
Maxxine Dupri will battle Nattie, which could go either way. I don't see a clear cut "this rivalry is heading to X" playing out, so no matter who wins, the feud can potentially continue as if this match didn't even happen, or this could even be the blow off with Dupri winning and moving on.
El Grande Americano against Original El Grande Americano is surely not the end of that feud. I'd expect Ludwig Kaiser's victory over Chad Gable's, but again, flip a coin. This will probably include Penta and/or The Judgment Day story with Dominik Mysterio and Finn Balor also playing into it as I think all parties will be hovering that title for WrestleMania.
I'd be surprised if Stephanie Vaquer lost to Raquel Rodriguez. Either she wins and there's a post-match fight or Vaquer wins by disqualification with Liv Morgan jumping the gun and costing Raquel the win. WWE books the same things over and over.
Roman Reigns will be there, so expect to see a promo from him about CM Punk, likely ending the show.

- Seth Rollins opened the show with a promo about going after Paul Heyman, who came out to send Brock Lesnar after Rollins and his masked men. Before Lesnar could get to Rollins, Oba Femi showed up and powerbombed The Beast Incarnate before signaling that he is challenging him for the WrestleMania match.
- El Grande Americano defeated "Original" El Grande Americano by pinfall
- Roman Reigns and The Usos talked backstage about how the rest of the family does deserve to be upset over CM Punk.
- Liv Morgan had a vignette to talk trash about booting Finn Balor out of The Judgment Day.
- Backstage, Roman Reigns justified his part-time status as doing what's right for his children so that he's a full-time father, unlike their fathers who were on the road all the time.
- WWE Women's Intercontinental Championship Match: AJ Lee (c) defeated Bayley by submission. Later, after some commercials, Becky Lynch attacked Lee.
- WWE Men's Intercontinental Championship Match: Penta (c) defeated Dragon Lee by pinfall.
- Paul Heyman told Logan Paul and Austin Theory that they have no leverage right now and that they need titles, so their focus should be on the gold The Usos have.
- Nattie defeated Maxxine Dupri by submission.
- Backstage, Je'Von Evans was hyping up Dragon Lee over how good his match was with Penta. Kofi Kingston again tried to recruit Evans to join him, deriding Lee as someone who would drag him down. Evans didn't like that, so he told Kofi no. Grayson Waller then asked what Kofi sees in him, and Danhausen tried to join Kofi instead. When Kofi turned down Danhausen, he was about to be cursed, but pushed Waller in front of him to try to pass the curse onto him instead.
- Stephanie Vaquer defeated Raquel Rodriguez by pinfall.
- Backstage, Bayley and Lyra Valkyria had an interaction with The Kabuki Warriors to set up how both teams are going to try to get into the women's tag team title scene for WrestleMania.
- Roman Reigns and CM Punk had another face-to-face promo segment, ultimately ending with Punk hitting Reigns after The Tribal Chief called him old.
