Today's episode of WWE Monday Night Raw (October 20, 2025) emanates out of the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, California and will air starting at 8 p.m. EST on Netflix.

This post will be updated frequently throughout the program (for however long the show goes on). As Raw goes on, keep refreshing this post to get the most up-to-date information on all the match winners, breakdowns of the promo segments, and anything else noteworthy or interesting that takes place.

Preview & Predictions for WWE RAW:

On tap for today's episode, Maxxine Dupri is getting a shot at Becky Lynch's Women's Intercontinental Championship. Dupri beat Lynch two weeks ago by count-out to earn the opportunity, and will be competing in front of her hometown audience. Unfortunately, there is absolutely no way Dupri is walking out of Sacramento with the title. Beating The Man through a fluke count-out is not the same as having the proper momentum to becoming the next champion. I'm convinced that belt is on hold for AJ Lee instead.

The Men's Intercontinental Championship will also be on the line yet again as Dominik Mysterio has a rematch against Rusev. Dirty Dom managed to squeak by and retain over The Bulgarian Brute recently, but not without some shenanigans. I think the same thing will happen again here. Last week, Mysterio retained over Penta by proxy of using the timekeeper's hammer and capitalizing on a distraction where Rusev interfered at Penta's expense. I expect the opposite to take place, with Penta costing Rusev, ultimately setting up a Triple Threat match (likely at Saturday Night's Main Event)

JD McDonagh and Finn Balor of The Judgment Day are also defending their World Tag Team Championships against AJ Styles and Dragon Lee. That team just does not give me the vibes of sticking power and the next champions. After all, why is Lee not competing alongside a member of the LWO instead, other than "lack of star power"? Lee takes the pin and the champs retain.

Strangely, even more important than the titles being on the line will be the follow-up to last week's shocking conclusion where CM Punk earned a future World Heavyweight Championship match before Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed turned on Seth Rollins and took him out. Since Rollins is supposedly injured, how will this story develop with the title? Who knows?!

Here are your results for WWE Monday Night Raw - October 20, 2025:

  • The show opened with Adam Pearce declaring Seth Rollins has been stripped of the World Heavyweight Championship due to injury. There will be a battle royal to determine who fights No. 1 contender CM Punk at Saturday Night's Main Event for the vacated title. Paul Heyman then cut a promo on behalf of Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed, explaining why they turned on Rollins, which was effectively that they were the endgame of this angle anyway and it was never about Rollins.
  • Backstage, the tag team champions of The Judgment Day are mad at Dominik Mysterio for inadvertently booking them in a title defense tonight. Dom didn't do himself any favors by saying he's already beaten AJ Styles and Dragon Lee, and asked that Finn Balor and JD McDonagh can't handle them. They stormed off and Roxanne Perez and Raquel Rodriguez coddled Mysterio.
  • World Tag Team Championship Match: AJ Styles & Dragon Lee defeated The Judgment Day (c) (Finn Balor & JD McDonagh) by pinfall to win the titles!
  • Backstage, The Usos had a moment where Jimmy told Jey that the reason why Jey lost the world title was because he stopped believing in himself, not because he helped out other people. Jimmy warned his brother that they're both in the battle royal tonight, and they said they're good with each other.
  • Men's Intercontinental Championship Match: Dominik Mysterio (c) defeated Rusev by pinfall after a distraction from Penta, a distracted referee taking the timekeeper's hammer out of the ring, and a low blow to The Bulgarian Brute.
  • Women's Intercontinental Championship Match: Maxxine Dupri defeated Becky Lynch (c) by disqualification after Lynch hit Dupri with the belt right in front of referee Jessika Carr. Lynch beat down Dupri after the match.
  • Backstage, in a pre-tape, The Kabuki Warriors claim victory over Rhea Ripley and Iyo Sky after beating them up and are looking to get the tag team titles.
  • In a backstage segment, Adam Pearce informed Paul Heyman that Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed were taken out of the battle royal due to their disrespect from earlier. Then, Becky Lynch warned Heyman that when Seth Rollins is back, he's coming after whoever Heyman is associated with.
  • Stephanie Vaquer defeated Roxanne Perez by pinfall. Following the match, Nikki Bella helped Vaquer fight off Perez and Rodriguez.
  • Lyra Valkyria's birthday is coming up and Bayley has a surprise for her.
  • Heyman mitigated the annoyance of Breakker and Reed over the battle royal by talking to them about how Brock Lesnar, CM Punk, and Roman Reigns were more successful after listening to him and they should do the same.
  • Nikki Bella warned Vaquer that while she has her back, being a champion paints a target on her and anyone could come after her.
  • Battle Royal: Jey Uso won by taking out Dominik Mysterio last.
