Tonight's episode of WWE NXT (August 26, 2025) emanates out of the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida and airs at 8 p.m. ET on the CW Network.

This post will be updated throughout the evening to reflect live coverage of all the important information, noteworthy things that transpire, winners for all the match results, recaps of promo/talking segments and more. Keep refreshing for the most up-to-date results!

Preview & Predictions for WWE NXT:

On tap for tonight's episode, we'll see the fallout from WWE NXT Heatwave this past Sunday (full results here). Oba Femi retained the NXT Championship over Je'Von Evans with some question marks and has Josh Briggs and Ricky Saints gunning after his title. Surely, that will come into factor. We'll definitely see something with the new tag team champions, DarkState, as well as likely Lash Legend and Jaida Parker continuing their feud. Jacy Jayne lost the TNA Knockouts World Championship to Ash by Elegance, and we know Lola Vice will challenge her for the NXT Women's Championship at the next event, NXT No Mercy.

Nothing has yet to be announced regarding any of that, though, outside of Lola Vice in a six-woman tag team match alongside Sol Ruca and Zaria against the three members of Fatal Influence. This likely just goes to the babyfaces with Vice scoring the pin so she can look strong, but there's a chance Lainey Reid gets involved. I just think she'll be more likely to help Jayne retain at No Mercy rather than to win this meaningless match. Plus, it makes more sense if Fatal Influence loses so there's continued tension among them to make it seem like Jayne's reign is in doubt.

Wren Sinclair's tag team partner to face Izzi Dame and Tatum Paxley is obviously going to be Kendal Grey. If not, the setup from last week was a pure misdirect. I suspect they'll win unless Charlie Dempsey gets involved and inadvertently screws them over to start pushing Sinclair to want to leave Dempsey as well to complete the trifecta of No Quarter Catch Crew exits.

Also, we're getting a blindfold match! After Lexis King blinded Myles Borne by spraying him in the face last week, Ava booked those two to both have no eyesight during the match. These are always ridiculous, so strap yourselves in.

Here are your results for WWE NXT - August 26, 2025:

  • Promo: Ricky Saints called out Oba Femi. Josh Briggs came out instead, complaining that Saints isn't worthy of a title opportunity. Saints called for them to have a match to settle it. Ava then booked that #1 contender's match for later to set up a title match for No Mercy.
  • Footage was shown of Sunday with Ava talking to Blake Monroe
  • Kelani Jordan defeated Blake Monroe by pinfall.
  • Blindfold Match: Lexis King defeated Myles Borne by pinfall
  • Backstage, Wren Sinclair was scared about her tag team match as she doesn't have a partner. Charlie Dempsey then brought Kendal Grey over, having had a talk with her. Grey isn't down to "listen to a real pro" like Dempsey said, but she is in fact down to help Sinclair.
  • Tag Team Match: The Culling (Izzi Dame and Tatum Paxley) defeated Wren Sinclair and Kendal Grey by pinfall.
  • No. 1 Contender's Match: Ricky Saints defeated Josh Briggs by pinfall. Later, Saints and Oba Femi had an in-ring face-off that was interrupted by DarkState, who went on the attack. Hank Walker and Tank Ledger helped Femi and Saints fight them off. There will be an eight-man tag team match next week.
  • There was a backstage segment where Jaida Parker gave Lola Vice some props for winning at Heatwave. Lash Legend then called Parker out for "going soft". Stacks was flirting with Arianna Grace. Vice was gifted a ZaRuca Vice City t-shirt by Sol Ruca and Zaria to hype up their six-woman tag for later.
  • Tyra Mae Steele defeated Alba Fyre by pinfall. Chelsea Green laid out Steele after the match and Ethan Page took out Tavion Heights before placing the Canadian flag over him.
  • Six-Woman Tag Team Match: Lola Vice and ZaRuca (Sol Ruca and Zaria) defeated Fatal Influence (Jacy Jayne, Fallon Henley and Jazmyn Nyx) by pinfall.
