Tonight's episode of WWE NXT (May 12, 2026) emanates out of the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida and airs at 8 p.m. ET on the CW Network.

This post will be updated throughout the evening to reflect live coverage of all the important information, noteworthy things that transpire, winners for all the match results, recaps of promo/talking segments and more. Keep refreshing for the most up-to-date results!

Preview & Predictions for WWE NXT:

On tap for tonight's episode, Zaria will reluctantly team with Nikkita Lyons against Lizzy Rain and Tatum Paxley, who knows the other three are going after her NXT Women's North American Championship. There's a chance this leads to some more definitive "Zaria gets the next title shot because she pins Paxley in the match" type outcome here, so I'd lean more toward that happening than anything else, but it's just as likely Paxley beats Lyons or something along those lines.

Fit Finlay and William Regal are upset at how much BirthRight can't win more than a few matches here and there, so they've booked them in a six-man tag team match against three guys who are still fresh from EVOLVE in Tate Wilder, EK Prosper and Sean Legacy. WWE seems hell-bent on having BirthRight look foolish more times than not, so I could see them losing again here, but I'm at least hoping they pick up the win. They should win, if WWE wishes to make them anything other than a joke.

Jackson Drake will be up against a returning Noam Dar. I'm curious if the NXT Global Heritage Invitational will have anything to do with Dar, as that trademark and the lack of the NXT Heritage Cup and how much of that has revolved around Dar just feels like it could all point in the direction of Dar winning this match, but Drake is the one who benefits most from a win, so he's who I'm rooting for.

Kendal Grey and Kelani Jordan will battle it out in what is effectively a future No. 1 contender's match, even though Lola Vice has Izzi Dame on her heels. I'd expect Jordan to win this to set her up as the next challenger.

Lastly, the biggest draw is arguably the in-ring debut of Naraku. Whoever he's up against, he's going to win, as WWE won't have him lose his debut match in the company.

Here are your results for WWE NXT - May 12, 2026:

  • Lizzy Rain and Tatum Paxley defeated Nikkita Lyons and Zaria by pinfall
  • Naraku defeated Lince Dorado by pinfall.
  • Jaida Parker confronted Nattie backstage, but Nattie was filming something for WWE LFG and acted like she hadn't insulted Parker last week. Officials stopped Parker from going after Nattie.
  • Six-Man Tag Team Match: BirthRight (Charlie Dempsey, Stacks, and Uriah Connors) defeated Sean Legacy, EK Prosper and Tate Wilder by pinfall.
  • Tatum Paxley told Lizzy Rain that she wants to give her a shot at the NXT Women's North American Championship next week. Shiloh Hill came over to praise them for their tag team victory and the topic changed to Tristan Angels, who everyone hates. Angels came over to say he's got his in-ring debut for NXT next week and he'll prove that he's in a class by himself.
  • Some tension within The Culling was teased with the implication being that Izzi Dame is becoming more of a leader than Shawn Spears, who praised Dame along with Niko Vance. Dame asked Vance to stay behind while Spears left and told Vance that she wants to keep an eye on Lola Vice tonight.
  • Mason Rook signed his NXT contract in a segment that also involved Tony D'Angelo interrupting to try to say that Rook won't make a name for himself at Tony's expense, only to be attacked by Kam Hendrix and then both of them taken out by Rook.
  • Emily Agard interviewed OTM to get to know them better.
  • Jackson Drake defeated Noam Dar by pinfall. After a commercial break and another segment, DarkState had come out and had a segment with The Vanity Project about how they're getting a shot at winning back the NXT Tag Team Championship titles next week, but instead of it being Cutler James and Osiris Griffin, it is Dion Lennox and Saquon Shugars, as Griffin and James want DarkState to get back on the same page.
  • The other segment was about how Myles Borne and Tavion Heights aren't on the same page as Heights assumed he would be Borne's tag team partner for next week against Kam Hendrix and Mason Rook, but it will actually be Tony D'Angelo, so Heights assumed Borne thinks he's too good for Heights because Borne and D'Angelo are champions and Heights isn't.
  • Also backstage, Tate Wilder was looking for a match for next week and Keanu Carver came up, so that ended up being booked.
  • Blake Howard interviewed Kali Armstrong about what's next. She said she's got her eyes on going through the whole roster and Kendal Grey confronted her to remind her that she didn't beat her in EVOLVE and that Grey had won that brand's women's title from Armstrong before.
  • Kelani Jordan defeated Kendal Grey by pinfall. Izzi Dame attacked Lola Vice backstage and after they brawled to ringside and knocked down Wren Sinclair, who was in crutches and had said that she was afraid she would be a distraction for Grey, ended up being exactly that. The show ended with Vice taken out by Dame while Grey had argued with Vice.
