Survivor Series: WarGames and John Cena's retirement match at Saturday Night's Main Event are fast approaching, as is the Royal Rumble. That makes this an exciting couple of months for WWE fans, and the rumours are flying in thick and fast.
Today, we have news on some big returns and reunions, updates on the company's creative plans, the latest on the Leader of the Cenation's farewell, and a surprising update on where things stand with Tiffany Stratton and Ludwig Kaiser's real-life romance.
Check out these latest WWE rumours below, but be warned of possible spoilers...
- According to Bodyslam.net, the belief in WWE is that Bianca Belair will make her in-ring return "in the early stages" of 2026. However, there's some hope that she might be able to make it back before then.
- Surprises at next year's Royal Rumble may be off the table. Why? If Bryan Alvarez is to be believed, it's a result of the show's Saudi Arabia location making it much harder to sneak people into the 30-person matches.
- Take this with a pinch of salt, but former WWE and WCW writer Vince Russo has claimed that "a talent at a high level" in WWE has told him that being loved by the internet "means everything to Triple H," which is why he booked Joe Hendry at WrestleMania.
- We could be one step closer to seeing The Lucha Bros back in action, albeit not in a WWE ring. Luchablog says Penta and Ray Fenix will be reunited on December 20 for AAA's Guerra de Titanes event at the new 20,000-seat arena in Guadalajara, Mexico. Apparently, "They’re going to have to load it up like a PLE to fill that building, and that seems to be the plan."
- One dream match we won't be seeing at next January's Wrestle Kingdom 20 is Shinsuke Nakamura vs. Hiroshi Tanahashi in the latter's final match. That's described as a "pipe dream" by Fightful Select.
- Despite fan unhappiness with how he's being booked, Drew McIntyre's WWE contract runs until at least WrestleMania 44 in 2028. The former WWE Champion is said to be making "millions" from that every year, so he's likely pretty happy.
- The reason WWE hasn't revealed the full bracket for John Cena's "The Last Time Is Now" tournament is that surprises are planned that the company isn't ready to reveal yet, reports Dave Meltzer.
- He and Bryan Alvarez believe that WWE wants fans to think AEW stars will appear in the tournament, as it will build intrigue and excitement.
- Despite claims that John Cena vs. Dominik Mysterio is booked for Survivor Series: WarGames (with the Intercontinental Championship on the line), it now sounds like we'll see Dominik taking on his father, WWE Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio.
- It appears former WWE Women's Champion Tiffany Stratton and Ludwig Kaiser are no longer an item, as the latter has been spotted at an event holding hands with WWE Espanol correspondent Andrea Bazarte in his El Grand Americano persona.
