Tonight's episode of WWE SmackDown (August 15, 2025) emanates out of the TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts and will air at 8 p.m. ET on the USA Network.

This post here will be updated frequently throughout the night to reflect live coverage of Friday Night SmackDown, including all the match results, rundowns of the promos, and any other interesting or noteworthy things that take place. Keep refreshing for updates to find out all the winners and more!

Preview & Predictions for WWE SmackDown:

On tap for today's episode, The Miz had lied to Carmelo Hayes last week about booking them in a tag team match before even talking to Nick Aldis. Melo Don't Miz will apparently be in action against Fraxiom. Whether this fully distracts Melo from his aspirations for the United States title remains to be seen.

One tag team match that was made official by Aldis, though, is #DIY against The Street Profits. The two teams and their allies Candice LeRae and B-Fab got into an argument backstage, as the tag team division tension continues to remain persistent even after the big TLC match at SummerSlam.

Drew McIntyre will also be on hand to "address his attack of Cody Rhodes" as WWE is putting it. This should be a promo segment where he complains about The American Nightmare and builds upon their budding feud. It can be assumed that they'll clash for the Undisputed WWE Championship somewhere down the road, possibly at Clash in Paris or whatever the September pay-per-view will be, though nothing has been confirmed yet.

We should obviously still see more with the other regular Superstars as well, like Tiffany Stratton, Jade Cargill, the women's tag team champions Alexa Bliss (who will face Piper Niven) and Charlotte Flair, United States champion Solo Sikoa and his MFTs, and more.

All that and more will go down tonight, so keep checking and refreshing for the most up-to-date results!

Here are your results for WWE SmackDown - August 15, 2025:

  • Solo Sikoa and the MFTs opened the show to talk about Sami Zayn and their attack on him from Monday Night Raw. Sami Zayn then came out, said he's going after the United States title as that's one of the other belts he's yet to win, and that he has now been traded over to the SmackDown roster. A fight broke out, leading to an announcement of a six-man tag for later on with Zayn, Jacob Fatu, and Jimmy Uso against the MFTs.
  • Alexa Bliss defeated Piper Niven by pinfall. The Green Regime took out Bliss and Charlotte Flair after the match, though.
  • Backstage, Jade Cargill and Tiffany Stratton were arguing in front of Nick Aldis, about having another title match. Nia Jax then came over to belittle Cargill for losing and to say she deserves another opportunity instead. Stratton is down to face whoever and prove herself.
  • Melo Don't Miz (Carmelo Hayes and The Miz) defeated Fraxiom (Axiom and Nathan Frazer) by pinfall.
  • Backstage, Kiana James approached Tiffany Stratton and gave her her business card, trying to represent her. Stratton turned her down, so James told her if she's not with her and Giulia, she's against them. Michin then walked up to James to call for a Women's United States Championship match. James said she'll take that under advisement. Meanwhile, Nikki Cross was being reflected in one of the crates, just being creepy.
  • Drew McIntyre talked about how he attacked Cody Rhodes last week. He rightfully called attention to how it was Rhodes who was fighting with him after the disqualification bell, and threatened that he's in fact the real "nightmare" who will take the title off Cody.
  • In a quick backstage segment, the MFTs think The Street Profits have to go through them to get to the tag titles. The Street Profits reminded them of their catcphrase that they want the smoke.
  • The Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford with B-Fab) defeated #DIY (Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa with Candice LeRae) by pinfall.
  • Melo Don't Miz and Motor City Machine Guns got into an argument backstage when Hayes and Miz interrupted Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin talking to Nick Aldis. Aldis naturally booked a tag match between them for next week, which was not the US title match that Melo was hoping to get, again.
  • A vignette aired about the John Cena and Logan Paul feud.
  • Aleister Black interrupted an interview R-Truth was having with Byron Saxton. He'll see "Mr. Killings" next week.
  • Six-Man Tag Team Match: Sami Zayn, Jimmy Uso and Jacob Fatu defeated MFT (Solo Sikoa, JC Mateo and Tonga Loa) by pinfall
