Preview & Predictions for WWE SmackDown:
On tap for tonight's episode, Gunther will reveal what stipulation he's choosing in order to have his rematch for the Undisputed WWE Championship against Cody Rhodes. I actually can't think of any gimmicks that would make sense, so this is anyone's guess as far as I'm concerned.
There will also be two more Fatal 4-Way matches in the King of the Ring and Queen of the Ring tournaments to round out what we're getting in the semifinals. On the men's side, Jey Uso, Finn Balor, LA Knight, and Royce Keys will battle it out, while the women's division will be Charlotte Flair, Jade Cargill, Lyra Valkyria, and Sol Ruca in action. Some of this tournament has taken some interesting avenues from what I thought was a pretty straightforward bracket, so at this point, I won't be too shocked if I'm dead wrong, but I'll say the two who stand out to me the most to win this night are Jey Uso and Charlotte Flair. The former continues to be teased to face Cody Rhodes, while Flair is a viable option to potentially win the whole thing and go on to challenge Rhea Ripley. I'd expect someone like Royce Keys to be left out of the decision, and for Balor to take the pin, but the issues between LA Knight and Jey Uso could result in some arguing between the two that Balor is able to capitalize on, if we're going for an outside pick. With Cargill, she's in the same boat as Keys where she won't take the pin or lose, so I'm looking for Valkyria to be the one staring up at the lights.
Here are your results for WWE SmackDown - June 12, 2026:
- Fatal 4-Way Match: Charlotte Flair defeated Jade Cargill, Lyra Valkyria, and Sol Ruca (by submission with Valkyria tapping out) to advance in the Queen of the Ring tournament. Alexa Bliss and Tiffany Stratton had come out to fight off B-Fab and Michin.
- R-Truth was excited for Finn Balor to be on SmackDown so they could reform The Judgment Day. Damian Priest wasn't pleased at all, due to his issues with Balor in the past.
- Brie Bella and Paige defeated Fallon Henley and Lainey Reid of Fatal Influence by pinfall.
- Sami Zayn and Cody Rhodes argued in the ring, with Rhodes eventually snapping and pointing out that Zayn is just upset that he can't win the WWE Championship. Zayn slapped him, so Rhodes slapped him back. Later, Gunther picked Sami Zayn to be the special guest referee for his title match against Rhodes next week.
- Los Garza asked Danhausen to curse the Knicks again, because they have a lot of money betting against them. Matt Cardona, on the other hand, wants to make sure the Knicks don't get cursed again. Meanwhile, Kit Wilson brought The Miz over to Danhausen, demanding he lifts the curse, as The Miz has been stuck in a trance repeating his old slogans. Wilson ended up getting electrocuted to end the segment.
- Jacob Fatu talked to Solo Sikoa, trying to recruit him back to The Bloodline on behalf of Roman Reigns. Sikoa wasn't remotely interested, pointing out how Reigns mistreats Fatu and he doesn't want to be a lap dog, so if Roman wants him, he can come get him.
- Rey Fenix retained the AAA Cruiserweight Championship over Axiom by pinfall.
- Trick Williams and Lil Yachty had an in-ring promo that was interrupted by Carmelo Hayes and Ricky Saints, who are both still trying to get a shot at the United States Championship. Williams told them to sort it out themselves, leading to a fight between all parties.
- First Round Fatal 4-Way Match in the King of the Ring Tournament: Jey Uso defeated LA Knight, Royce Keys and Finn Balor
