Tonight's episode of WWE SmackDown (January 30, 2026) emanates out of the KAFD in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and will air at 8 p.m. ET on the USA Network, but is actually airing earlier through international markets on Netflix and will begin at 12 p.m. ET.

This post here will be updated frequently throughout the night to reflect live coverage of Friday Night SmackDown, including all the match results, rundowns of the promos, and any other interesting or noteworthy things that take place. Keep refreshing for updates to find out all the winners and more!

Preview & Predictions for WWE SmackDown:

On tap for tonight's episode, at the time of me writing this, nothing has really been announced. Whether that means WWE has some exciting plans in store and they don't know how to promote the show without spoiling it, similar to the CM Punk against AJ Styles World Heavyweight Championship match that went down on Monday Night Raw that wasn't advertised in advance, or it means they have no idea what they're doing and haven't figured out the plans—or, a potential third option is that they simply don't care and think that the fans don't care because in their minds, the regulars are going to tune in no matter what is advertised and the casuals are going to be more locked in to the idea of this being the go-home show leading into the Royal Rumble that they'll be curious about that angle more than anything else.

That includes any last minute hype for Drew McIntyre vs. Sami Zayn before their clash for the Undisputed WWE Championship, as well as the remaining names to be declared for entry in the Royal Rumble matches.

Knowing WWE, this episode is going to start off with a 20 minute promo that sets up a match for the main event that is also touched upon in at least three more segments throughout the night that exist mostly just to remind you that that is happening, only for that main event to turn into a distraction or a disqualification as two feuding people start to fight each other. My guess is Zayn and a partner against McIntyre and a partner.

All that and more will go down tonight, so keep checking and refreshing for the most up-to-date results!

Here are your results for WWE SmackDown - January 30, 2026:

  • The show opened with a promo segment featuring several Superstars all voicing how they're going to win the Royal Rumble, including Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton, Jey Uso, Sami Zayn, The Vision, and eventually Nick Aldis, who did the usual announcement that there would be a four-on-four tag team match later on between everyone.
  • Open Challenge Singles Match for the United States Championship : Carmelo Hayes (c) defeated Rey Fenix by pinfall to retain.
  • Backstage, Ilja Dragunov introduced himself properly to The Miz and made sure to intimidate him ahead of their match.
  • Backstage, R-Truth had some more balls jokes with Nick Aldis, who confirmed Damian Priest is in the Royal Rumble.
  • Drew McIntyre had an interview with Cathy Kelley to talk about how he's going to beat Sami Zayn.
  • Rhea Ripley and Iyo Sky know that it's every woman for herself at the Royal Rumble and it won't get between their friendship. Giulia and Kiana James butted in to repeat the same thing from last week about how they'll capture all the titles, but Nia Jax and Lash Legend are also looking to do the same.
  • Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair each plan on winning the Royal Rumble and there was tension about how they would eliminate each other. The Judgment Day interrupted and were then forced into a tag team match by Nick Aldis. Bliss and Flair defeated Roxanne Perez and Liv Morgan by pinfall. Stephanie Vaquer had come out to offset Raquel Rodriguez.
  • Axiom defeated Johnny Gargano by pinfall to get his mask back.
  • Backstage: Dragunov talked to Hayes about how he expects a title match once he beats The Miz.
  • Trick Williams gloated about how he's going to win the Royal Rumble.
  • There was a promo segment between AJ Styles and Gunther to hype up their match for tomorrow.
  • Tama Tonga and Shinsuke Nakamura had a backstage confrontation, with Tonga saying Nakamura isn't what he used to be, and Nakamura challenging him to a match for next week.
  • Ilja Dragunov defeated The Miz by pinfall.
  • Now it's time for the MFTs to have a vignette about how Solo Sikoa is going to win the Royal Rumble, which was interrupted by The Wyatt Sicks to say that they're going to regain the lantern and the tag team titles.
  • Eight-Man Tag Team Match: Cody Rhodes, Jey Uso, Randy Orton and Sami Zayn defeated The Vision by disqualification due to Drew McIntyre's interference attacking Zayn. Jacob Fatu then went after McIntyre, who also got into it with Rhodes. Bron Breakker then speared both Rhodes and Zayn to end the show.
