Preview & Predictions for WWE SummerSlam 2025 Saturday:
I doubt Roman Reigns and Jey Uso will be losing their tag team match. WWE hasn't decided to use Seth Rollins' absence to push Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed and higher up on the totem pole than they currently are. This feels more like "get Roman on the card" than anything else.
Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair should win the tag team titles to spice up the division. Though Roxanne Perez is technically a fresh champion, the idea of The Judgment Day holding those belts isn't anything new, and there's something different about the Flair and Bliss team-up. It wouldn't be shocking to see the champs retain, but they shouldn't.
With the potential that Karrion Kross is leaving the company soon, I see no reason why he should win his match against Sami Zayn. Unless he re-signs and they're actually willing to push him for the first time in years, just give it to Zayn and end the story for good.
Jade Cargill beating Tiffany Stratton is my bet. I wouldn't be shocked if there's a heel turn, too.
Celebrities tend to win their matches, so Randy Orton and Jelly Roll winning is where I'm leaning. They did stand tall last on TV yesterday, though, and typically, that's when things go the other way. If they lose, I hope Jelly Roll takes the pin, as that's more believable and what SHOULD feasibly happen.
Finally, I think if CM Punk beats Gunther, he's getting cashed in on. If Gunther retains, he'll walk out of the main event with the title and no issues. I'm very suspicious of the idea that Rollins might not be as injured as they're claiming he is, though.
