The cages are booked. All Elite Wrestling has unveiled both Blood and Guts lineups for a special Dynamite on Wednesday, November 4 in Jacksonville, with the show airing at 8/7c on TBS and HBO Max. Check out the official posts down below:

AEW's own graphics keep the pitch brutal and simple: one cage, two rings, three words. Blood and Guts is back, and both the men's and women's divisions are getting the steel on the same Jacksonville episode.

The Men's Blood And Guts Teams

On one side: Will Ospreay, Adam Copeland, Sting (Steve Borden), the Young Bucks, and Darby Allin. On the other: Kazuchika Okada, Kyle Fletcher, Wardlow, Kevin Knight (Jet2Flyy), Dunkzilla Davis, and Jake Something.

That is a stacked mix of AEW cornerstone stars and hard-hitting depth. Ospreay and Copeland sharing a cage with Sting and Darby already sounds like a pay-per-view main event. Putting Okada and Fletcher across the aisle raises the ceiling even higher, especially with Wardlow, Knight, Davis, and Something looking built to turn the match into a demolition project.

The official graphic lists five names on Ospreay's side and six on Okada's, which is the kind of uneven Blood and Guts math AEW has used before when a faction wants the numbers game inside the cage. Copeland and Sting give the babyface team veteran violence. The Young Bucks and Darby bring the reckless aerial and deathmatch instincts that usually leave the cage looking wrecked by the end.

Fans who caught Ospreay and Copeland teaming on a recent Dynamite already saw how chaotic that pairing can get. Our Dynamite results from last week covered that alliance building in real time, and Blood and Guts is the logical place to put it under steel.

The Women's Blood And Guts Teams

The women's match is just as loaded. Alex Windsor, Harley Cameron, Jamie Hayter, Willow Nightingale, and Kris Statlander will face Thekla, Julia Hart, Skye Blue, Megan Bayne, and Lena Kross.

Five on five, no mystery partners, and no shortage of firepower. Hayter, Willow, and Statlander forming one unit against Thekla's side gives AEW a women's cage match that can headline any conversation about the November 4 card. Windsor and Cameron round out a team that can brawl, fly, and sell a war of attrition.

Across the aisle, Thekla anchors a group that has been living in the more sinister half of the women's division. Hart and Blue bring the coven aesthetic and aerial chaos. Bayne and Kross add the power and intimidation that make a Blood and Guts exit feel dangerous instead of choreographed.

Thekla's recent big-stage clashes, including her path through events like WrestleDream 2026, make her a natural captain for that opposing team. Blood and Guts is built for unfinished business, and this roster reads like a collection of them.

Jacksonville On November 4

Both matches are set for Jacksonville on Wednesday, November 4, with Dynamite airing at 8/7c on TBS and HBO Max. Double Blood and Guts nights are rare even by AEW standards, and putting men's and women's cages on the same episode turns a midweek show into must-see television.

AEW's repeated "1-Cage / 2-Rings / 3-Words" framing is doing clear marketing work. The company wants viewers to treat this like a special rather than a regular episode, and the dual-lineup drop today is how you sell that in one afternoon.

Expect the build on upcoming Dynamite and Collision episodes to get personal fast. These lineups do not need mystery partners to sell tickets. They need camera time, bloody vignettes, and one more reason for every wrestler listed to climb that cage angry.

Blood and Guts has always been AEW's permission slip to get uglier than a standard TV main event. Two cages on one Jacksonville card multiplies that promise. Whether you are there for Ospreay and Okada trading strikes, Copeland and Sting surviving one more war, or the women's division emptying the entire tool kit, November 4 is now circled in red.

Which Blood and Guts match are you more excited for in Jacksonville, the men's war or the women's cage fight?
