By the end of the episode, several matches and segments were announced to take place on next week's show, which will be the go-home edition prior to September 5th's AEW ALL OUT 2020 pay-per-view event.

Scheduled for this next Wednesday's show are the following (at least as what's currently been announced):

  • Proud-N-Powerful (Santana and Ortiz of The Inner Circle) will face Best Friends (Chuck Taylor and Trent)
  • "The Demo God" Chris Jericho will have a "warm-up match" against "The Bad Boy" Joey Janela
  • Private Party will team with SCU's Frankie Kazarian and Christopher Daniels to face The Young Bucks and Jurassic Express
  • Jon Moxley will face MJF's lawyer and will be allowed to use the Paradigm Shift on him

As always, the card is subject to change. AEW may make any number of adjustments and will likely add several more segments to the show.
