A new championship will be introduced on UWN Primetime Live.
This past week’s episode was packed with several surprises including the return of former TNA World Heavyweight Champion James Storm, Alexander Hammerstone retaining the West Coast Pro Championship, and the eight-man tournament to crown the first-ever UWN World Champion.
David Marquez revealed the news and the beautiful championship, though details on the actual participants will be announced on the Oct. 20th episode of UWN Primetime Live. Meanwhile, in the semi-main event of UWN, Fred Rosser (Darren Young from WWE) beat James Storm and Chris Masters in a triple threat match.
While there’s no confirmed status on Storm’s position with NWA, one-half of the NWA World Tag Team Champions was added to the bout mid-show when he stepped up during a promo segment between Rosser and Masters.
