Kamille has been confirmed for the upcoming United Wrestling Network PPV.
The NWA star will step back into the ring for the first time in nearly eight months as Kamille is confirmed for the upcoming UWN PPV on September 15. The 28-year-old is expected to face indie veteran Heather Monroe.
While Monroe isn’t a high-profile name like Kamille, the 30-year-old has competed in nearly every independent promotion such as Ring of Honor, AAA Lucha Libre, SHIMMER, Rise Wrestling, and Championship Wrestling from Hollywood. Monroe recently fought in AEW, losing to both AEW Women’s Champion Hikaru Shida and Penelope Ford.
Kamille hasn’t competed inside of the squared circle since January, beating Madi Maxx and Selina Rose during the NWA tapings. Like the rest of her fellow NWA talents, Kamille has been unable to compete due to the company not running any shows because of the coronavirus.
This match adds to the ever-growing pay-per-view line-up that features NWA World Heavyweight Champion Nick Aldis defending his title against former WWE star Mike Bennett, MLW National Openweight Champion Alex Hammerstone taking on EJ Sparks for the West Coast Pro title, and NWA Women’s Champion Thunder Rosa is also confirmed to be in action. The PPV will be streamed on FITE TV.
