The National Wrestling Alliance is coming off a huge pay-per-view on Friday, as the promotion crowned several new champions during their Hard Times show.

One of those new champions is Ricky Starks, who defeated Matt Cross, Tim Storm, and Trevor Murdoch to win the prestigious NWA World Television Championship.

However, during the latest set of television tapings, Starks drops the belt to Zicky Dice. The reasoning behind Dice getting a title shot was due to him winning a triple threat non-title bout with Starks and Matt Cross (former Lucha Underground star Son of Havoc).

This will be the first championship reign for Dice under the NWA banner. The California native has competed for Blackcraft Wrestling, Combat Zone Wrestling, and SCW Pro Wrestling. Dice was trained at Seth Rollins’ Black And Brave Wrestling Academy.
