Today's episode of WWE Monday Night Raw (March 17, 2025) emanates out of Forest National in Brussels, Belgium.
As a reminder, WWE programming on Netflix airs when it is recorded, so since this is in a different time zone, it will actually air at 3 p.m. EST instead of its traditional time.
This post will be updated frequently throughout the program (for however long the show goes on). As Raw goes on, keep refreshing this post to get the most up-to-date information on all the match winners, breakdowns of the promo segments, and anything else noteworthy or interesting that takes place.
Preview & Predictions for WWE RAW:
On tap for tonight's episode, Cody Rhodes and John Cena will be "under one roof" as the WWE phrasing continues to be. The marketing department clearly thinks that's the right way to be a selling point without advertising anything that it won't be. IE, this isn't going to be a match. It will be a promo with some physicality, maybe, and we might see that get dragged out throughout the night to keep people tuning in the whole time.
There will be an Intercontinental Championship match as Bron Breakker defends against Finn Balor. Things haven't been very smooth for The Judgment Day as of late, and Balor is effectively guaranteed to fail here, so it'll be interesting to see how Dominik Mysterio and others react.
Penta and Ludwig Kaiser continue their feud with another match, but this time, it will be No Holds Barred. With Pete Dunne also upset with Penta as of late, and the tease of Rey Fenix joining the roster, could we see some interference from one or both?
Jey Uso will also face Austin Theory after A-Town Down Under attacked him last week, continuing with this multi-week setup of eventually leading to the inevitable six-man tag with Uso teaming with Alpha Academy's Otis and Akira Tozawa against Gunther, Theory, and Grayson Waller. Expect the same match outcome to happen here that happens every week, where Jey will win, get attacked by Waller and Gunther, Otis and Tozawa will make the save (or it goes Waller, Alpha Academy, then Gunther stands tall)
Dakota Kai will face Ivy Nile. They've fought several times already, and this one isn't even for a shot at the Women's Intercontinental Championship, so it's a curious thing to just run back again seemingly for no reason.
Lastly, there will be a contract signing with Bianca Belair and Iyo Sky. Look out for Rhea Ripley interrupting, as there's almost no way that WrestleMania 41 match doesn't turn into a Triple Threat to feature The Eradicator.
Here are your results for WWE Monday Night Raw March 17, 2025:
- John Cena starts the show with an in-ring promo. He complains that the fans have been bullying him for 25 years and calls it an abusive relationship. He's not a babyface or a heel, he's just a human being, and all of the fans—whether they liked him or not—have been toxic, so he's breaking up with them. [It's a great promo that you should go out of your way to check out in full] Cody Rhodes comes out, defends the audience, says he was excited to face Cena at WrestleMania, but if this version that's in front of him shows up, he's going to retire Cena early.
- No Holds Barred Match: Penta defeated Ludwig Kaiser by pinfall and then said that he's going after the Intercontinental Championship next.
- Backstage, Finn Balor, Liv Morgan, and Raquel Rodriguez all babyfaced each other. Dominik Mysterio pitched bringing Penta into the group, which upset Balor, particularly as Penta just said he's going for the IC title and Balor plans on winning that tonight. Carlito asked Dom "You don't watch the show, do you?"
- Dakota Kai defeated Ivy Nile by pinfall.
- The contract signing with Iyo Sky and Bianca Belair led to Rhea Ripley coming out, everyone getting into a fight, Ripley powerbombing Sky onto Belair on top of the table, and not only signing the contract with her own name (which is not official), but walking off with the contract as well.
- Backstage, Jey Uso was talking to the camera and Gunther came over to him. They almost got into a fight, but officials were separating them.
- Jey Uso quickly defeated Austin Theory by pinfall just to get straight to the post-match stuff with Grayson Waller going after Uso, and eventually, Gunther as well, only for Uso to grab the World Heavyweight Championship belt and pose with it to end the segment.
- After the commercial break, Adam Pearce got the contract back from Rhea Ripley, who was then attacked by Bianca Belair and Iyo Sky. All three fought. Officials broke it up, but Ripley walked off standing tall, complaining that she deserves to be added to the match.
- LWO's Rey Mysterio and Dragon Lee defeated The Creed Brothers of American Made (Brutus Creed & Julius Creed) by pinfall. Chad Gable then took out both Mysterio and Lee while in his luchador mask and ran off.
- Seth Rollins cut a promo about Roman Reigns and CM Punk following the steel cage match from last week. He basically just says that if Roman hadn't interrupted, he'd have put down Punk once and for all, and that he's going to SmackDown to confront both of them on Friday.
- Backstage, AJ Styles was interviewed by Cathy Kelley, but immediately interrupted by Karrion Kross and Scarlett. Kross says Styles is mad at Logan Paul because he's really just mad at himself for taking 17 years to do what Paul was able to do in a short time frame. Styles says what Kross is trying to do isn't working and storms off, so Kross and Scarlett say to each other that they do think it is working.
- Intercontinental Championship Match: Bron Breakker (c) defeated Finn Balor by pinfall in part due to a mistake from Dominik Mysterio trying to interfere on Balor's behalf, but accidentally crotching Balor on the turnbuckle. Penta came out to help fight off Carlito and Dominik Mysterio, and the show ended with him holding the Intercontinental Championship belt for a moment before handing it over to Breakker, who held it high for a pose down.
