Impact Wrestling's latest Slammiversary promo video has certainly raised a few eyebrows.

As is so often the case, reports have been doing the rounds relating to some of the recently released or unsigned WWE Superstars possibly joining Impact or AEW, and this video definitely leans into those rumors!

There are shots of The IIconics, Mickie James, Samoa Joe and Daniel Bryan (well, his YES! sign, anyway), as well as top NJPW stars such as Kazuchika Okada. Does this mean that all or even some of these wrestlers have signed with the company? Not by a long shot.

While it's entirely possible that Impact has snagged a couple of big free agents, this wouldn't be the first time the promotion has pulled a stunt like this only to leave fans disappointed. We're sure they do have some surprises lined up for Slammiversary, but best not to get your hopes up!

The event is set for July 17, so we should begin to find out what's actually planned for the show fairly soon.
