TNA SACRIFICE 2026 Results: Winners, Highlights & More

Total Nonstop Action Wrestling's annual TNA Sacrifice event is taking place tonight (March 27, 2026) at the Alario Center in Westwego, Louisiana.

The main card will begin at 8pm ET. TNA Sacrifice can be streamed on a variety of networks in different countries including on YouTube, TNA+ (on the yearly plan), TrillerTV and so on.

Preview & Predictions for TNA Sacrifice 2026:

On tap for tonight's event, Mike Santana will defend the TNA World Championship against Steve Maclin, Leon Slater will put the TNA X Division Championship on the line against Eric Young, and Arianna Grace defends the TNA Knockouts World Championship against Léi Yǐng Lee and Dani Luna. Also scheduled: Moose vs Eddie Edwards, Order 4 (Mustafa Ali & Tasha Steelz) vs Trey Miguel & Jada Stone, Elijah & The Home Town Man vs Frankie Kazarian & A.J. Francis, and Mara Sadé vs Elayna Black in a No Disqualification match.

I wouldn't put it past TNA to have Maclin win the title, but I don't think it will happen. I'd also anticipate both Slater and Grace will retain their titles. If any does change hands, though, I think it will be the world title, as Grace strikes me more as losing to Indie Hartwell and Slater surely has someone else higher up on the totem pole as his successor than Young, right? The rest of the matches are more of a coin flip to me.

• Tag Team Match: Frankie Kazarian & A.J. Francis defeated Elijah & The Home Town Man by pinfall.
• Ricky Sosa has signed with TNA.
• Three-Way Match for the TNA Knockouts World Championship: Arianna Grace (c) retained over Dani Luna and Léi Yǐng Lee by pinfall.
• Intergender Tag Team Match: Order 4 (Mustafa Ali & Tasha Steelz) defeated Trey Miguel & Jada Stone by pinfall.
• Moose defeated Eddie Edwards by disqualification due to interference from Order 4's Agent Zero.
• No Disqualification Match: Mara Sadé defeated Elayna Black by pinfall.
• The System (Brian Myers & Cedric Alexander) defeated Jeff Hardy and Vincent
• ODB, Taryn Terrell, and Mickie James sent The Elegance Brand packing after a promo segment.
• TNA World Championship Match: Mike Santana (c) retained over Steve Maclin by no-contest forfeit after Maclin suffered a random injury. Santana fought with Eddie Edwards to fill some of the gap and took Edwards out with a splash through a table.
