Nyla Rose is done with All Elite Wrestling. Well, at least in 2019.
The promotion has announced that the AEW star will be "suspended" for the remainder of 2019 due to her actions on Dynamite this past week.
On Wednesday, Rose destroyed Leva Bates (and Peter Avalon) in a singles match. The AEW competitor didn’t stop attacking once the match was said and done, which ultimately prompted Shanna to run down and make the save.
Rose would put an end to Shanna’s save very quickly, and the 37-year-old looked to silence the female talent once again by putting her through a table. Referee Rick Knox tried to stop Rose; however, Nyla decided to powerbomb Knox through the table instead.
To make matters worse, Rose powerbombed Shanna onto a knocked-out Knox. Nyla’s suspension is nothing more than a storyline to help sell how much of a beast she is. There’s no word on when she could return in 2020; however, Rose will be available to make her presence known again on the January 1
st episode of Dynamite.
