TNA is pulling out all the stops to once again become a force to be reckoned with in the world of pro-wrestling. They have a new parent company in Anthem, and apparently they no longer want to be referred to as TNA at all, but simply "Impact Wrestling". Ummm... we'll do our best guys.

The brand certainly have their work cut out (several of their top stars have left the company recently), but the signing of former WWE superstar Alberto Del Rio (now know as Alberto El Patron) is a step in the right direction.

Patron made his in-ring debut last night during Impact TV tapings, challenging World Heavyweight Champion Bobby Lashley to a title match. After protests from EC3, the match went ahead and Patron came out on top - however, the title change was not without controversy, as it's being reported that things wrapped up with a "Dusty Finish". This means there's a chance the decision could be reversed, but as it stands Alberto El Patron is the new TN... sorry, the new Impact Wrestling World Heavyweight Champion.

What do you think grapple-fans? Can a star the caliber of Patron get these guys back on track?
