Preview & Predictions for TNA Victory Road 2025:
On tap for tonight's event, Ash by Elegance was supposed to be defending her TNA Knockouts World Championship against Masha Slamovich, with Indi Hartwell as the special guest referee. That match has been pulled from the card after all the controversy surrounding Slamovich this week. To be fair, I couldn't imagine she would have done the title back in the first place. It'll be interesting to see if they replace that match with something else, and what that might be.
I do think there is a strong chance Steve Maclin loses the TNA International Championship to Frankie Kazarian, though. Maclin's held it long enough that he won't be tarnished by dropping the belt. Losing to someone like Kazarian is more than okay, and since Kazarian failed to win the world title, this could be his consolation prize.
Mike Santana definitely beats Ridge Holland. Santana is the top babyface at the moment and building toward a title match. Holland was downgraded from the developmental brand (NXT) to the developmental of developmental (EVOLVE) and isn't even the biggest deal there. WWE sent him over as someone who can lose to Santana.
I expect Mustafa Ali to beat Moose to earn the advantage for his team at Bound for Glory. I'm 50/50 on the Knockouts tag title match, as well as having no real idea about the pre-show three-way and Eric Young vs Joe Hendry. Flip a coin for those. The Home Town Man and Matt Cardona likely beat The Nemeths, and I would strongly lean toward Leon Slater retaining the X Division Championship over Myron Reed.
