During an appearance on The Colin Cowherd Podcast, WWE President Nick Khan confirmed that there are two major returns set to take place on WWE television in the not too distant future.
Those are Becky Lynch and Ronda Rousey.
"Ronda is going to be coming back at a certain point in time," he confirmed. "Becky Lynch just had her first baby, she will be coming back at a certain point in time in the not too distant future."
"The Man" hasn't been seen on WWE programming since last May when she announced on RAW that she was pregnant. Asuka was the Money in the Bank holder at the time, so Lynch awarded her with the RAW Women's Championship so she could head home and focus on the birth of her and Seth Rollins' son (she gave birth to him last December).
As for Rousey, she's been absent since losing the RAW Women's title - to Lynch - at WrestleMania 35 in a "Winner Takes All Match" which also featured Charlotte Flair. It's been reported that her WWE contract ends this month, but it sounds like something might have changed there.
It would make perfect sense to once again pit Rousey against Lynch (they certainly have some unfinished business), and we're definitely expecting some surprises on the RAW after WrestleMania...
Stay tuned!
