Last year, Mojo Rawley started appearing in backstage segments where he talked to himself in the mirror while sporting some weird looking makeup on his face. That never went anywhere and WWE has since scrapped the idea but things may finally be looking up for him.
After a loss to Ricochet early on during last night's
RAW, it looked like Rawley was still being used as a jobber but he then made a surprise return to attack 24/7 Champion R-Truth as he was being helped out of the arena shortly after he took an F-5 from Brock Lesnar.
Kicking Truth in the face, Rawley managed to win the 24/7 title before making his escape. The question is, is this the start of a push for the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal winner or just more filler in a division that's been mostly forgotten in recent months? Time will tell.
