Rumor Has It That Samoa Joe May Be The Latest WWE Superstar To Be Sidelined With An Injury

Samoa Joe was supposed to square off with John Cena on last night's RAW but the match didn't happen and he was nowhere to be seen on WWE's flagship show. Well, we may have an explanation now but it's not good!

On Monday afternoon, it was reported that the plan for the show was for Samoa Joe to square off with John Cena. That match didn't happen and the stage was instead set for the leader of the Cenation to go one on one with Roman Reigns at No Mercy. So, where's Joe? Unfortunately, it sounds like he may be out with an injury following a match with Cena at a WWE Live Event on Saturday.

Nothing has been confirmed but rumour has it that Joe may have suffered some sort of knee injury which could keep him out of action for at least the next four weeks or so.

The rivalry between Cena and Joe will now more than likely pick up after No Mercy (which takes place a few weeks from now). The former NXT Champion put on a great showing at SummerSlam in that Fatal 4-Way match involving Brock Lesnar, Braun Strowman, and Roman Reigns, so here's hoping this doesn't have too much of an impact on the momentum he's gained in recent months.
