After briefly stepping down from WWE amid a number of sexual misconduct allegations last year, Vince McMahon forced his way back into the company to facilitate a deal to sell the sports entertainment giant.
Since then, WWE has been acquired for more than $9 billion by UFC parent company Endeavor Corp. Vince is expected to remain part of WWE once the sale is made official and is reportedly continuing to exert his creative influence on RAW and SmackDown, albeit remotely.
Triple H taking over WWE Creative led to an upsurge in quality programming and ratings, and when McMahon decided to take charge of the RAW after WrestleMania, it was widely derided as one of the worst shows the company has ever produced.
As a result, Superstars and fans alike are keeping everything crossed that the WWE Chairman remains as hands-off as possible.
In the meantime, Vince has received a new headshot on WWE's corporate website and it's generated a lot of discussion online. Fully showing off his new look, Vince has dyed hair, eyebrows, and facial hair, along with what we'd assume is some pretty extensive plastic surgery on his face.
It's unclear what's prompted the 77-year-old to so drastically alter his appearance, though it's likely in a bid to make himself appear more youthful now he's back in the spotlight brokering deals for WWE.
Rumours have persisted about the status of his marriage to Linda McMahon for years, but Vince was also spotted with a much younger woman several months ago so that too may be a contributing factor!
