WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair was recently a guest on the Wrestling Inc Daily podcast, and The Nature Boy finally addressed his status with WWE after he was written off television last month. After Randy Orton attacked him, Flair has been M.I.A. ever since, and it doesn't sound like the chances of him coming back are high while the COVID-19 pandemic continues to pose a problem.

"Well, God only knows," Flair said of a possible return. "I want to come back, but to be honest with you, I haven’t been told I have in so many words, I think they worry about my health issue."

"Even though, I have fallen down. I went skiing. I’ve done all of that just to show them that I could do all this," he continued. "I think the bigger issue with my heart was I had that blood clot. I’m off blood thinners. How I’m still alive, we’ll have to figure this out."

Flair is clearly confident that he could handle returning to WWE, but due to insurance issues, it seems doubtful WWE will let it happen. There's not really much more he can add to that storyline with Orton now his fellow former Evolution member has been taken out, so time will tell when we get to see him again.

As always, we'll keep you guys updated.
