Last year, WWE released a long list of wrestlers in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic and banned those that they kept employed from making money using outside platforms like Cameo and Twitch...unless they got a cut of the action. Many just abandoned their accounts, though some were able to continue hosting their own live streams.
As Paige isn't an active Superstar, she's still a big part of Twitch, as is Zelina Vega (it appears she reached an agreement with WWE after signing a new deal with them earlier this year).
Now, a leak has revealed that she's actually the top pro wrestling earner on Twitch with $478,224. Vega is a close second with $341,748, and it's no wonder Adam Cole decided to leave WWE and sign with AEW when he's making a whopping $318,080 each year from the site.
The earnings then drop dramatically with IMPACT Wrestling ($69,140), Tyler Breeze ($43,755), Evil Uno ($35,742), Colt Cabana ($32,479), and Xavier Woods ($25,431).
Paige has talked a lot recently about training for an in-ring return following a career-threatening injury, and it's hard to imagine WWE being an option for her if it means saying goodbye to such a portable side hustle. She's incredibly entertaining to watch - find her page here - and well worth subscribing to if you haven't already!
