The 2025 Opera Cup dominates MLW Fightland.
At Blood & Thunder, the 2025 Opera officially kicked off with Bishop Dyer (aka Baron Corbin), Satoshi Kojima, and Mistico winning their respective opening matches for the tournament. Below is the following participants remaining in the Opera Cup:

One of the big matches at Fightland will see Zandokan Jr. vs. Blue Panther Jr. in the continuation of the 2025 tournament.
Zandokan Jr. is a well respected veteran who has been competing for a decade. Throughout his illustrious career, Zandokan Jr. has fought in CMLL, AEW, New Japan Pro Wrestling, and Revolution Pro Wrestling. Zandokan Jr. brought his talents over to MLW earlier this year and he hasn’t been successful thus far. Zandokan Jr. is currently 0 - 2 when it comes to match results, but his pedigree out of MLW still makes him one of the best wrestlers in the world.
Beating Blue Panther Jr. will not be an easy task. Though he’s not too far apart in terms of wrestling careers, the CMLL star has been in some of the promotion’s biggest battles that elevated his status in the professional wrestling world.
The Opera Cup match joins a rather stacked card that will be headlined with Matt Riddle defending his MLW World Heavyweight title against Donovan Dijak. This is following their last match where it was plagued with a disqualification due to Mads Krule Krügger attempting to interfere with a cash-in. Also, a violent Texas Death Match is expected between Alex Hammerstone and Matthew Justice. Fightland is shaping up to be an excellent show.
