It seems that a return to the WWE is imminent for current Impact Wrestling star Alberto El Patron but until then, El Patron will seemingly be working with AAA as they announced that he’ll be in a match at TripleMania XXVI.

The promotion announced during a press conference for their annual event and said he’ll be wrestling another “international luchador” at the show which takes place on August 25.

El Patron’s contract reportedly expires in the spring and with McMahon being high on the former world heavyweight champion, El Patron can easily back out of the appearance the 40-year-old has no-showed announced AAA appearances in the past.

Going back to January, El Patron issued a public apology to Triple H and the WWE for his rants and hateful comments he made against the company. El Patron mostly placed the blame on Paige his ex-finacee for his negative feelings towards the company. Many believe that this was El Patron's way of getting back into WWE's good graces and at the moment, it seemed like it worked as the former wwe champion could making his way back to the company once his contract expires.

What do you think? Do you want to see Alberto El Patron back in the WWE? Or do not care if he ever comes back? Feel free to comment below.
