Ready for the Smoke show?

Killer Kross is coming off his own successful show and now his wife is doing the same. Scarlett Bordeaux is not only hosting Smokeshow on November 22nd, but the former WWE star will also compete at the same event.

Now Scarlett had her first match back at the XICW 25th Anniversary Show this past weekend. Scarlett teamed with his husband Kross and Jimmy Jacobs to take on Adam Wick, Heather Blue, and Maxximillion. That was the former WWE star’s first match since December 2024.

Scarlett’s opponent hasn’t been confirmed just yet, but the 34-year-old has been itching to get back into the ring for quite some time. During her WWE run, Scarlett had less than 15 matches and only two of them were televised. Her matches were tag team bouts, with her only singles match being a house show match against Lyra Valkyria.

Scarlett is actually a trained wrestler. Before she came to WWE, she was a prominent talent in places such as CMLL and TNA/Impact Wrestling. It’s not clear why WWE simply saddled her with the valet role within the company. There were reports that Vince had made plans to push Scarlett as a singles star, but she suffered a ruptured breast implant that happened during a dark match.

Following that, officials opted to keep her in the valet and there was no attempt to push her as a singles star ever since. But once her and Kross’ contracts expired, Scarlett made it clear that she was returning to the ring.

At the moment, Kross and Scarlett are just floating around different indie promotions. There’s no word on whether they’ve had any contact with Tony Khan, whose notably been interested in the former NXT Champion in the past. Kross and Scarlett are likely not returning to TNA since they had a terrible falling out with the duo in 2019. The former WWE stars have made it clear that they would never go back to TNA/Impact Wrestling. Never.

But for now, the duo aren’t officially signed to a single promotion long term. Kross recently popped up to a vignette during MLW’s Slaughterhouse confirming his return to the company. It’s unknown if Scarlett would be joining him.
