The general consensus has been that Brock Lesnar winning the Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder match was a groan worthy idea.

If you’ve decided to skip the pay-per-view in favor of the Game of Thrones finale or just decided to not watch for another reason, the former Universal champion ran in last minute, stopping Ali from winning the ladder match, and ultimately grabbed the briefcase. It's been rumored since WrestleMania that Lesnar and Rollins would be facing off at the upcoming Super Showdown event in June, and this is possibly the company's way of getting to that match-up.

Following the bout and overall event, former WWE champion and current All Elite Wrestling star Chris Jericho took to social media and gave his sarcastic opinion on ‘The Beast Incarnate’ winning the MITB case, praising the former Universal champion, who he believes is the future of the business, and states that it’s genius booking from creative's end:
