Former WWE Superstar Adam Rose has announced that he’ll be retiring from in-ring competition going forward.
Rose originally made his pro wrestling debut back in 1995 when he was 15. He wrestled throughout his hometown of South Africa, but eventually moved to the States and traveled around in the indie circuit before signing a WWE contract in 2010. After working down in FCW and then NXT for four years, Rose finally made his debut on the main roster in 2014.
Rose was mostly used as a comedy act up until his release from the company in 2016. The former WWE superstar would continue to wrestle on the independent scene since then, though he did state that 2017 would be his final year in wrestling. Rose still wrestled throughout the indie circuit due to financial reasons, but it appears that 2019 will be his final year in the sport as a in-ring competitor. Check out his post below:
