Last weekend’s MCW: Winter Blast event saw former WWE wrestlers such as “Hacksaw” Jim Duggan, Sunny, Swoggle and Adam Rose in action. Their next event, Proving Ground, has been announced with a few interesting matchups already on the card.
The MCW Pro Wrestling Heavyweight Title will be defended as nine-time champion Bruiser takes on former WWE Tag Team Champion Joey Mercury in a steel cage match. MCW Pro Wrestling Women’s champion Sahara Se7en faces former champion and CZW Academy graduate Brittany Blake. MCW Pro Wrestling Tag Team champions The Cartel (Dante Cabellero & Joe Keys) defend their titles against Robby & Bobby.
In addition, we have Wildcat Sports’ Pump Patrol vs. Griff Garrison & Marcus Kross vs. The Appalachian Outlaws.
Corporal Punishment will also be returning to the ring.
