Killer Kross and Scarlett Bordeaux aren’t wasting any time on the indie scene.
Now that the WWE drama is over (at least for now), Kross and his wife, Scarlett, are making a splash on the indies and they surprised a bunch of lucky fans this past weekend.
Shotzi Blackheart fought Matt Cardona in a Garage Beer World Title Match at GCW Homecoming. This was a violent match. Shotzi was hit by a steel chair multiple times. The former WWE star was also hit with light tubes, a barbed wire covered hoverboard, and some beer cans!
But Shotzi wasn’t the only one taking hits. Cardona was also hit with tubes and Nick Gage made his return to GCW and handed Shotzi a pizza cutter. It surely came in contact with Cardona’s forehead.
The finish of the match after Cardona punched the referee for not getting a three count after he hit Radio Silence. Matt called several people from the back and they came out wearing red hoods. Two of them got into the ring and one of them (Scarlett) low blowed Matt. That’s when they removed their hoods and revealed to be Killer Kross and Scarlett. Kross grabbed Matt and slammed him through a door in the corner.
Shotzi finished Matt off with a top senton that got the three count. If you love violent indie garbage matches then this is the match for you. Kross and Scarlett cut a promo after the match with Shotzi and he reinforced that his exit in WWE was not a work.
Kross and Scarlett are surely making their rounds everywhere they can go. Kross will be returning to the ring next month, though it’s unknown if Scarlett will follow the same path. The last time she fought was back in 2024 in a mixed tag match with Akam, Kross, and Rezar (The Final Testament) against The Wyatt Sicks. Even before then, Scarlett didn’t compete much in WWE as she was primarily a valet for Kross.
