CM Punk has vowed to never return to WWE but he made a surprise appearance at MKE Wrestling's The Last Knight on Friday as a favour for longtime friends Ace Steele and Dave Prazak. Since then, we've learned that the Best in the World (well, not in UFC) has made a number of cameos as a masked man at shows across America.

Now, a new report claims that the original plan was for Punk to unmask after hitting the GTS. For whatever reason, he decided against that, and it's added that he was waiting outside the building in his car before entering and hitting the move.

The show was actually held just 10 minutes away from where he does his MMA training so it was an easy trip for him and while Punk seems to have soured on wrestling, it seems he enjoys having fun with appearances like this. It's also brought a lot of eyes to MKE Wrestling and they're bound to appreciate that.
