The New Japan Pro-Wrestling New Japan cup has produced a couple of surprising results thus far in the 1st round and now the semi-finals are officially underway. Find out the semi-finals matches results here.

New Japan returned to the Fujisan Messe exhibition hall at the foot of Mt. Fuji.

Since leaving NXT, Juice Robinson’s stock has been skyrocketing on the independent scene and seems to be one of the favorites in the tournament. Robinson scored a victory over “Unbreakable” Michael Elgin and will now advance to the semifinals to take on Hiroshi Tanahashi.

On Night 6, another tournament favorite advanced, as Zack Sabre Jr. defeated Kota Ibushi and Sanada was able to pull out the victory over Toru Yano. Check out the results below.
