It’s “The Painmaker” vs.“The Ace” on January 5!
Since losing the IWGP Heavyweight Championship, Tanahashi has gotten lost in the main event picture of New Japan Pro Wrestling. The 2018 G1 Climax winner is looking to get back into the heavyweight title picture in 2020; however, Chris Jericho is looking to put an end to Tanahashi’s career altogether.
The former IWGP Intercontinental Champion hasn’t forgotten Tanahashi sticking his nose where it didn’t belong at Dominion and now, “The Painmaker” is out for revenge!
